Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OmniTask Pro (the "Service") provided by Bwired di Bersier Benoit Jonathan. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and connected mailbox tokens safe and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to break the Service.
• No sending spam through connected mailboxes.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it strictly to operate the Service for you.

4. Connected mailboxes

If you connect an email account (IMAP/SMTP or Google OAuth), you authorise us to read, send and modify messages on your behalf as necessary to provide the Service. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if the Service was free.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy Center. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts at the controller's place of business, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
